Join us every third Friday evening, from 5pm-7pm for networking and education with fellow positive and purposeful business owners!
To create more vulnerable and safer spaces, we separate between women + nonbinary and men + nonbinary groups (for those who identify and enjoy the pronouns they/them, please join the group you feel most comfortable with, with opportunity to explore both).

The 4th Trimester & Beyond:
Community &
Education
for New Mothers
Each week we will focus on a topic related to the transition into parenthood such as birth stories, sleep, feeding, relationships and self-care. Participants will receive pertinent resources on all topics discussed. Each session will include gentle postnatal appropriate movements and breath work in addition to a group discussion on the week's topic. Parents identifying as mothers of (and babies themselves) up to 16 weeks are welcome.

The Latch Clinic
We’re so excited to be able to be the walls around Our Birthing Home & host incredible programs like their Latch Clinic. Here to support nursing mamas & the stigma behind asking for help with latching, our Event Space will host The Latch Clinic— including offering the Play Cafe for all mamas who have little ones in addition to your nursling.*
*All parents are responsible for their children as their not is a sole attendant; The Play Cafe is in the same room as our Workshop space & we ask all children, aside from nurslings, who attend to be respectful with their behavior and noise levels.
